Governance & Policy
The governance and policy framework presented here describes design principles for an independently operated demonstration. It is not an adopted intergovernmental policy.
Institutional accountability
Country-level deployments would require designation of accountable institutions, authorised administrators, defined decision rights and documented approval procedures.
Evidence and traceability
Analytical outputs should identify source institutions, publication dates, provenance, confidence limitations and human review status.
Responsible AI
Proposed AI assistance should remain reviewable and subordinate to authorised institutional decisions. Access, audit logging, information security and incident response require formal implementation before operational use.
Cross-border interoperability
Any future integration must be based on explicit agreements, applicable national law, security reviews and data-minimisation controls.
